To be able to maintain a good service and to bring about improvements in the provision of the service we provide, apart from getting feedback from customers, officers etc, we investigate every incident at a site no matter how minor it is or it looks.

Our officers are fully trained and inducted about the responsibilities they have to carry out on a particular shift and they record any incident on site or even in the neighbourhood of a site in the log books.

These incidents are not closed off until they have been fully investigated.
