We pride ourselves on being able to cover sites on an emergency basis in areas where SIA licensed manpower is low and many other companies struggle to cover even a pre-planned job. Our Manchester Support Centre, according to a recent internal audit, has been 100% successful in covering jobs on an emergency basis and this was achieved without any compromise to the quality of service that our customers received, rather, we received excellent feedback from them.

As with all our support centres, our Manchester support centre doesn't take any orders directly. All matters regarding taking of orders and confirming security services are dealt with by our head office in London.
