Vigilant Security recognise the importance of risk assessment for all on-site activities, from events to constructions site management.

Vigilant are able to assist event and site managers in writing a comprehensive risk assessment taking into account potential problems, public access, on-site facilities and Health & Safety directives.

 Vigilant Security Services UK Ltd believe that there is always room for betterment and therefore continuously look for ways to improve our service to the customers.  To achieve this we periodically request feedback from our clients. This feedback is taken through the following means:

a)- Customer satisfaction surveys

b)- Feedback through telephone calls

c)- Site supervisors visiting the sites and meeting with the client

d)- Feedback from the neighbours
