This Quality Manual specifies the requirements for the Quality Management System of Vigilant Security Services (UK) Limited. As a Company we need to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide ‘services’ that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements. We aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements. The scope of this QMS applies to all VSS operations in the UK and accordance with current legal statutory and regulatory requirements including BS EN ISO 9001:2015, BS 7499, BS 7858, BS 7960, BS 8406 and NSI Passport Specification 8/08.
