Location: London, M25 Corridor
Rate: £50 to £70K (permanent)
Vigilant Security Services UK Ltd requires a Business Development Manager who oversee and develop new accounts and generate their own leads and able to get new business in London and Home Counties.
You will be responsible for developing business in the area and be part of the regional management team as regard the development and support safety and service delivery standards of site based staff.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business for the company using any method possible, i.e. making calls and door to door selling and you’ll improve the sales to help the company grow by working towards realistic targets and incorporating all recognised tools to achieve this. It will also be your responsibility to find out when contracts are finishing and ensure they are renewed. This position operates from the London office where you will be expected to operate from.
What you’ll need
• proven track record in sales in manned guarding and related services in the London and Home Counties geographical area
• Ideally you will have experience & knowledge in the security industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full driving licence as travel is required
• Ability to deal with all levels of client relationships
• Minimum a Non-Front Line SIA Licence is required and or able to obtain such a licence
Pay Rate: £50000 – £70000 Even Plus (Dependant on Experience)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – but will require flexibility to deal with operational matters when they arise
