Vigilant Security Services provide Key Holding and after hours Alarm Response service to its customers through out the UK. Our Key Holders lock up and secure their premises/offices and look after the alarm status at these premises. They also open up the building for the days work in the morning. In this way the customer doesn’t have to stay longer during the night to lock the building up and neither do they have to come early to open up the building for the cleaner etc.

All keys are kept in a secure facility and a system of tagging the keys is employed so that no direct reference is to be made between the keys and the site.

Alarm Response is a brilliant service by which any premises that has been fitted with an alarm that in turn is linked to an alarm receiving centre, can be looked after whenever no mater what time the alarm sets off.

 Vigilant Security Services’ alarm response units can respond to an alarm within 20 minutes of receiving the call from the designated alarm receiving centre. In that way the customer has a sound nights sleep while their property and building is looked after by our diligent and vigilant staff.

A report about the cause of the alarm is given to the client.
