Vigilant Security Guards are hand-picked for their character, experience and professionalism. Vigilant provide staff training, team building exercises, as well as scheduled performance level reviews in order to achieve a robust and consistent working standard.

All Vigilant security services personnel are screened to BS7858 standards before undertaking any work on our behalf. A background check for five years is undertaken by the Vigilant security services regional offices, whilst an accredited company completes the CRB and credit check according to industry regulations.

All security staff are required to complete a four-day Basic Training Course (BT) before being assigned to operational work for Vigilant security services. This course meets the SIA licensing requirements.
